About Us

Landscape Gardening Services Ltd was founded in 1998 by Pete Sims.

Having started his career in ground works he went on to work in various aspects of landscaping including commercial, private gardens and horticulture.

Frustrated by his employers use of bland materials and lack of vision on projects he decided to go it alone. Following hours of leaflet drops gradually smaller jobs came his way. Armed with only the basic of tools and a wheelbarrow in the boot of the family car he took as much pride in these small jobs as those he completes today.

His enthusiasm and natural creativity spurned by his love of all things natural led him on to design and construct the wonderful gardens shown ( see award and portfolio ).

The business has grown but still remains a small family business with the emphasis on quality and the personal approach.
